In this large Victorian house located within a conservation area, we created a bright and functional open-plan kitchen alongside a small side extension with downstairs underfloor heating and parquet flooring.

We also replaced the old wooden option door with a bespoke sash window manufactured in Poland, finished with a sprayed coating for durability and elegance.

The project included a hand-painted bespoke kitchen, complete rewiring, plastering, tiling, and decorating – all carefully designed to preserve as much of the property’s original Victorian character as possible.
