Demolition & Structural Works
Removed the existing rear garage and foundations.
Extended approximately 5 metres to the rear and 1.8 metres to the side, respecting party wall agreements and matching the existing brickwork.
Removed the rear loadbearing wall and installed a steel box frame to support the new open-plan layout.
Built a new patio and set of stairs leading into the garden, connecting the interior with the outdoor space.
Opened the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create one expansive living area.
