Complex Foundations & Waterproofing

Because the rear of the plot sat up to 1.8 metres below ground level, we implemented a full tanking system—similar to basement construction.

This waterproofing method was critical to:

• Prevent moisture ingress

• Ensure a dry, durable foundation

• Provide long-term structural integrity

Bespoke Oak Staircase – Crafted Abroad

One of the standout features of the home is the solid oak staircase, custom-manufactured in Poland.

• Built using 40mm thick oak treads

• Professionally spray-finished for durability and a premium appearance

• Designed to be both functional and visually striking

Interior Layout & Features

The finished property delivers a high-spec living environment designed for modern family life:

• Two generously sized bedrooms

• Family bathroom with premium finishes

• Open-plan kitchen and dining area with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden

• Solar panels on the roof to reduce electricity bills and promote energy efficiency
