Complex Foundations & Waterproofing
Because the rear of the plot sat up to 1.8 metres below ground level, we implemented a full tanking system—similar to basement construction.
This waterproofing method was critical to:

One of the standout features of the home is the solid oak staircase, custom-manufactured in Poland.
