Great communication and very responsive to messages, even on weekends. His team are incredibly hard working and completed work to a high standard, ahead of expected time. They also cleaned the site each day before leaving. Quote was competitive and we finished on budget. We would definitely highly recommend Optima builders.

April 4, 2020Daniel was involved in doing some structural changes in my home. We took down a major external structural wall and installed new bifold doors. The entire work area was also fully plastered. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional. His team worked hard to make the changes we requested. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the building trade, identifying and remediating unforeseen issues, and also suggesting new ideas which improve the home. I was very happy with the work. I will be using Daniel again for my future projects, which include new kitchen installation, new bathrooms etc. I am extremely happy I found a reliable builder from the start, and avoided the many cowboy builders out there. I fully recommend Daniel for any building work.

Daniel and his team carried out extensive work in my new home in early 2011. There were 4 chimney breasts in the house which were completely removed and the entire house was replastered and redecorated. When we purchased the house it had a very old boiler behind the fireplace which needed replacing. Daniel installed a new megaflow boiler system and moved the boiler into the kitchen. He also installed 2 new radiators. Daniel and his team also did some electric work in the house including some rewiring and installing spotlights in the downstairs lounge, kichen and upstairs bedroom. One other great piece of work that the team did was adding insulation in the loft and boarding the loft to make it a more useful space in the house. We were recommended to Daniel by a family member for whom he has been carrying out work for several years. We're really pleased with the job that Daniel and his team did and have had many compliments from our friends and family on the job. Daniel was always happy to come to the house to look at any issues. We are now looking to work with Daniel and his team again on a new renovation project.
